I’d like to test the possibility of collaboration online using Google Wave. Now everyone can get access to Google Wave and collaborate without invitation. Also, now you can link to any Wave and embed it in your web-site.

I think, collection of highly valid information must be a collaborative effort of professionals. As a showcase I created few public waves, combined under the title Current Trends in Cell Therapy. Because waves are public, everyone can see and access.

I see some advantages in collaboration in Google Wave:

    – possibility for dynamic updates inside the wave (blog post is more static and usually info is not updated, except commenting); each wave update you can get via email notification;
    – possibility of public discussion/commenting (not possible in LinkedIn groups but possible in blogs);
    – possibility of attaching and public viewing of documents.

Overall, I suspect some people could prefer discuss professional things and collaborate in Google Wave than in any other available web tools.

I’d like to show some Current Trends in Cell therapy waves below:

If you can not see the embedded wave here, please let me know.
Please feel free to join and discuss.
