Gary Van Zant – professor of physiology in the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and clinical director of the stem cell processing lab and cord blood bank at UK HealthCare’s Markey Cancer Center.
How do stem cells change as we grow older, and can they be regulated to decrease cancer risk?
Part of his talk based on publication of his group in Nature Genetics in 2007.
