Today is stem cell basics – historical overview of phenotype dissection of hematopoietic stem cells.

criteria of enrollment:

organ: bone marrow
detection: by antibody to surface molecules (phenotype) by flow cytomentry

As I have just started my research in this field, I found this post very useful.
