thanks for indication to Hubmed.org,
I compared search results sorted by date of query “stem cell” in both PubMed and Hubmed and it’s very different. As far as I know Hubmed generating results based on PubMed search, so it’s quite strange.
Maybe I’ll generate RSS from both and will compare.

Its easier to generate RSS feed from hubmed.org and plug them into google reader. That way you can create feeds of people you know and subjects you are interested in.

do you mean my RSS coming from Connotea and FriendFeed? No I don’t track them, it’s too much. But if somebody will do so I don’t think Reader will get overwhelming, because it give you about 3-5 items per day for Connotea and about 3 per day for FriendFeed Regmed, but it’s highly filtered and user-trusted information.

Do you use Google Reader to tack your RSS feeds? I am using it and it’s starting to get overwhelming (850 some odd new items today!)
