		<description>so mesenchymal/stromal stem cell do not create/participate in any niches? They are in stroma, right? Not restricted to endosteum or vasculature.
Don't you think it's 3rd type of niche?
Or am I not right? Maybe they are participate in both niches through CXCR4-SDF1?</description>
